HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Visit WWW.STATEMENT4EVA.COM and review the terms of service. Choose your service type and read the service description by clicking on each option. Select ‘BOOK IT’ when ready to reserve your appointment. NOTE: A deposit of ½ of booking total is required to confirm services. Answer the short questionnaire in the confirmation email to complete your reservation prior to your service date. Dates fill up fast. So I highly recommended that you book your touch-up appointments for follow-up microblading sessions 2 weeks in advance to guarantee you lock in a date and time that works best for you. Plan for touch-ups every 4 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 Deposits are non-fundable. Appointment cancellation must be made by phone AND email within 72-hours of your appointment. You must contact me to reschedule. Keep in mind rescheduling requests are based on current availability on my booking calendar.

APPOINTMENT  POLICY

If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be immediately cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. It is a FIRM policy that your appointment will remain cancelled if you miss your appointment by 15 minutes or more. Missed appointments must be rescheduled. For safety reasons, I must have enough time during appointments to prepare each client for their service, which makes it crucial for appointment times to be kept. To respect my time and the time of the following client, please understand that each service appointment factors in time for sterilization of materials prior to the next client’s appointment and to maintain quality & service levels. As a reminder, there will be no refunds for deposits. I value your time so please value my time; as well as the time of my other clients.
