Missing Items- Each customer has 48 hours to report any missing items by email: statementglow@gmail.com. Please provide us with photos of your packages and any additional evidence to support your claim. Your report will be filed and emailed back to you with a response within 72 hours after the email has been sent.
Damaged Items- Please email- statementmake@gmail.com with a clear picture of your damaged items and add in the subject line, “Damage item” (Damage item means broken glass items) “Product name”. Your report will be filed and emailed back to you with a response within 72 hours after the email has been sent.
Melting Items- PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING: items may be melted depending on weather locations. Unfortunately, we are not responsible to accommodate you. However, you may place the items in the refringent for 2-8 hours to help solidify your product. There will be no exchange for any products or swapping out any products.
Final Sale- Once you made your order, all product sales are final.
International Shipping- At this time, we are not taking any international orders. If you are international, please send us an email, inquiring about the items you would like to purchase in the future, and we will be able to follow up with instructions within 72 hours of how we can accommodate you.
Providing the Wrong address- If you provided the wrong address, your products will be sent back to our Rockville location. You will have to repay for shipping after your item has been returned. Please email us with further questions.
