Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

Order of operations: Product orders take 2-4 business days to process. Once your payment has been made, we will review your order and confirm your payment. Your package will be sent through us postal, ups, or fed ex. (mainly us postal service)

 

Please note, due to Postal office delays, your products may arrive later than usual.  Shipment may take 7-14 business days to arrive at your location. All shipments will arrive at the shipping address you provided, so please make sure you recheck all your information before you process your payment.

 

Processing and Shipping

1.  2-5 Business days to review payment and process your order (excluding weekends and holidays)

2. 7-14 Business days to arrive at your location. (excluding weekends and holidays)

3. Each purchase will be given a shipping/tracking number once the products have been shipped to your email address. 

4. Please track your package through the postal service number that is given to you through email

Important Information

Please be advised once your item has been shipped to the address you have provided; we are no longer responsible for your packages. 

 

Damaged Items - If items are damaged once arrived, file a claim with the postal office that was provided to you

Lost Packages- If your tracking number states that the package has been delivered but you still have not received your package. Send us an email @statementglow@gmail.com and CC statement4eva@gmail.com in the subject line add “(Lost Package, item number) attached tracking number and evidence to support your claim. Please give up to 72 hours to respond.
